Fusionteq’'s limited warranty provides that each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Product specification. Fusionteq’s limited warranty on Product carry six (6) months warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty is limited, and covers any defect from material and/or workmanship on the battery. This limited warranty is not transferrable, and must adhere to all terms and condition of our warranty policy.
The limited warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the battery.
Force of Majeur which includes damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if we determine that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment. We reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.
In case of return, the customer must obtain Return Authorization from us priority to return product to be acceptable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the warranty location. Upon receipt, it is our discretion to either replace or repair. We cover the one-way return freight.
Any return which does not adhere to our policy may cause delay or denial of return.
